Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality eco-friendly pallets. However, if an issue occurs, the following policy applies:

Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• The product is damaged upon delivery.
• The product delivered does not match the order specifications.

To request a return, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned goods. Refund processing time is between 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used pallets
• Custom-made pallet orders
• Quantities delivered according to a signed purchase order

Cancellations

B2B orders can only be cancelled before loading and dispatch. Once the shipment has left our facility, cancellation is not possible.
